This report is for 55+ active adult homes sales in Boise and surrounding cities – Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, where our 55+ communities are located. Homes sales in 55+ senior communities followed the Boise Metro real estate trend, with prices going up, low inventory and home builders trying to fill the gaps.
There were 38 sales in the 3rd Qtr, prices ranged from $169,000 to $400,000.
Average sale price – $316,193
Median price was $344,270
